Enzymes and Artichoke: Two Ways to Support Digestion
Super Enzymes goes with the meal, Artichoke Plus goes before it. Here is how our dietitians think about each.

Digestive support is not one product category, it is two different moments in a meal. We built one formula for each.
Ask ten people what digestive support means and you will hear ten answers. In practice there are two moments worth supporting: what happens as you eat, and what happens just before. Our Digestive & Liver line has one formula for each.
During the meal: Super Enzymes
Super Enzymes is a multi-enzyme capsule taken with food. It combines a protease, amylase and lipase blend — for proteins, carbohydrates and fats — with bromelain from pineapple, papain from papaya, betaine hydrochloride and fulvic acid. It is designed for people who want extra support at larger or protein-rich meals. The suggested use is two to three capsules daily with meals.
Before the meal: Artichoke Plus
Artichoke Plus is a liquid built on artichoke leaf extract and oat hull extract. A daily serving of 15 mL — three 5 mL doses — provides 165 mg of hydroxycinnamic acids, calculated as chlorogenic acid. You dilute each dose in 100 mL of water and take it 30 minutes before meals, shaking the bottle first.
- Super Enzymes — capsule, with meals, 60 per bottle.
- Artichoke Plus — liquid, 30 minutes before meals, 200 mL.
- Both: a one-month course, which may be repeated.
A note on caution
These are dietary supplements, not medicines. Individual intolerance to an ingredient, pregnancy and breastfeeding are reasons to talk to a physician before use, and persistent digestive symptoms are always a reason to see one.
