Information we collect

When you place an order or submit a wholesale request, we collect your name, business details, shipping and billing address, email and phone number, plus a tax ID if you choose to provide one. This site does not take card payments and we do not collect card numbers here — payment is arranged with you directly once your order or quote is confirmed. When you browse, sign up for the newsletter, or contact support, we collect what you give us directly: your email address, and the content of your message.

Your browser stores what keeps the site working — your bag, wishlist and cookie choices — on your own device. Our hosting and servers may also log technical information such as IP address, device and browser type. Optional analytics and marketing are off unless you allow them, and you can change your choice on our Cookie Preferences page.

How we use it

• To process and ship your order, and to contact you about it.
• To provide customer support, including returns and lot-report look-ups.
• To send the newsletter, only if you opted in, and to stop if you unsubscribe.
• To understand which pages and products are actually useful, in aggregate.
• To detect fraud and keep checkout secure.

Who we share it with

We share what is necessary to fulfil your order with shipping carriers and the email service that sends order confirmations and quotes. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers beyond what you have consented to under Cookie Preferences.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as required for tax and accounting purposes. Marketing data, such as a newsletter subscription, is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to object to certain uses of it. To exercise any of these, email ceo@alovit.com — we will respond within 30 days.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Security

This site is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. We do not collect or store payment card numbers on this site, and we will never ask for them by email.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will update the date at the top of this page and, for significant changes, email subscribers directly.
