Returns Policy

What can be returned

Unopened, unused products in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund. Because these are supplements you swallow or apply, opened products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons — this is standard practice across the supplement industry, not something specific to us.

If a product arrived damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, that rule does not apply — see “Damaged or incorrect items” below.

How to start a return

• Email ceo@alovit.com with your order number and the item you would like to return.
• We will confirm eligibility and send a prepaid return label within one business day.
• Pack the item in its original packaging and drop it at any carrier location.

Refunds

Once your return is scanned by the carrier, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. It can take your bank a few extra days to show. Original shipping charges are refunded only if the return is due to our error.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of what arrived. We will send a replacement or a full refund, and we cover return shipping in these cases.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. Return the item under the policy above and place a new order for the size or formula you actually want — it is faster than waiting on an exchange to process.

Non-returnable items

• Opened bottles, tubs or dropper bottles of any product.
• Products purchased more than 30 days ago.
• Gift cards.
