Using this site

You may browse the catalogue and submit orders or wholesale requests through this site. You agree not to misuse it — no scraping the catalogue for a competing store, no attempting to break the checkout, no impersonating another person when placing an order.

Orders and pricing

Prices are listed in US dollars and do not include tax or shipping until we confirm your order. Wholesale pricing is provided on a formal quote. We make reasonable efforts to keep prices and stock accurate, but if we discover a pricing error after you have ordered, we will contact you before charging you the corrected amount, and you may cancel if you would rather not proceed. Placing an order or request is an offer to buy, not a contract — we confirm the contract by email when we accept it, and at the latest when we dispatch your order.

Payment

This site does not take card payments at checkout. After you submit an order or wholesale request, our team confirms it by email and arranges payment with you directly. We do not store card numbers on this site and will never ask for them by email.

Shipping and returns

Orders placed before 15:00 EST on a working day are dispatched the same day. See our Returns Policy for how returns, refunds and damaged items are handled.

To the extent permitted by law, Alovit Nutrition LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including for defective products.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
