Many of our formulas pair the active ingredient with fulvic acid, taken from oat hull extract, and arrive in capsule, liquid or spray formats chosen for how the ingredient is actually used. Where a nutrient comes in more than one format, the choice matters. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding or taking prescription medication, speak to your physician before starting anything new. Magnesium can interfere with the absorption of several antibiotics if taken at the same time of day, and botanical extracts such as valerian or black cohosh can interact with some drugs.
